How Do I Share an Agent or Workflow With Someone Outside My Organization?
You can share any resource with someone outside your organization — just enter their email in the Share dialog. They don't need to be on your team or in your org. The resource will appear in their sidebar automatically.
How to Share Cross-Organization
Open the agent, workflow, or other resource.
Click the Share button.
Enter the other person's email address. They can be on any Gumloop account — even a different organization or a personal account.
Choose a role (Editor, Viewer, or Use Only for agents).
Click Share.
The person will see the shared resource in their sidebar. No invitation or acceptance step is needed — access is granted immediately.
What Cross-Org Users See
The General Access section is hidden for cross-org users. This protects your internal team and organization details.
Cross-org users see a simple badge showing their access level (e.g., "Editor" or "Viewer").
Their access is governed only by the direct user grant you gave them — General Access settings (Team, Organization) do not apply to users outside your org.
Good to Know
Cross-org sharing works the same way as same-org sharing — just add their email. There is no separate "external sharing" setting.
Enterprise organizations can restrict public sharing ("Anyone with link") via User Groups. Direct email sharing is not affected by this restriction.
If your agent uses integrations, share the setup link (available in the Share dialog) so the recipient can connect their own credentials.
