How Do I Cancel My Gumloop Subscription?
Last updated: April 27, 2026
To cancel your Gumloop subscription, go to Settings → Organization → Subscription, click Manage Subscription, and then cancel in the Stripe billing portal. Your plan stays active until the end of your current billing period — you won't lose access immediately, and your agents, workflows, and data are not deleted.
How to Cancel
Click Manage Subscription. This opens the Stripe billing portal in a new tab.
In the Stripe portal, click Cancel plan.
Confirm the cancellation when prompted.
You can also reach the Stripe billing portal directly from any Gumloop receipt email — look for the Manage your subscription link at the bottom.
What Happens After I Cancel?
You keep full access until the end of your current billing period. Cancellation takes effect at the next renewal date — not immediately. Your subscription page will show the date it expires (e.g., "Cancels May 16, 2026").
Your account is downgraded to the Free plan. Once the billing period ends, your plan automatically switches to Free. You'll receive 5,000 credits per month on the Free plan.
Your agents, workflows, skills, and data are not deleted. Everything stays in your account. You can still access and run them within Free plan limits.
Some limits change. The Free plan allows up to 2 concurrent runs (compared to 4 on Starter or 15 on Pro). Certain features restricted to paid plans will no longer be available.
Can I Re-Subscribe Later?
Yes. You can upgrade back to a paid plan at any time from Settings → Organization → Subscription or from the Pricing page. Your agents and data will still be there.
