How Do I View or Manage Another User's Agents as an Organization Admin?
Last updated: May 26, 2026
As an organization admin, you can view any agent in your org — even ones never shared with you — by finding it through Organization Analytics or the Data Export page, then opening the agent's link directly.
Before You Start
You must hold the built-in Admin organization role (or Manager), not just a custom role named "admin". Check Settings → Organization → Members filtered by Admin to confirm. See Organization Roles for the full breakdown.
Organization Analytics and Data Export are Enterprise features.
Why the Agents Page Doesn't Show Everyone's Agents
The Agents page tabs only show what's been explicitly shared:
Mine — agents you created.
Shared with Me — agents others shared with you directly.
Organization — agents that someone has shared org-wide. It does not list every agent in your org.
To discover agents users have built privately (the typical case), use one of the two paths below.
How to Find Another User's Agents
Option 1: Use the Organization Analytics agent (fastest)
The Organization Analytics page has a chat interface that can query every agent, workflow, and run in your org. As an Admin, it returns data across all users.
Example prompts you can try right now:
"List every agent created by jamin.baik@xyz.app."
"Show me the most-used agents in the org this month, grouped by creator."
"Which agents has [user email] run in the last 30 days?"
The agent returns a table that includes the agent name, creator, and a clickable link to the agent. Click the link to open the agent page directly — your Admin role gives you elevated view access even though the agent was never shared with you.
You can also use the analytics agent from Slack: invite the Gumloop bot to a channel, run /gummie add analytics, then mention @Gumloop with the same questions.
Option 2: Export all agents to CSV
If you want a full inventory or need to bulk-review agents, use Settings → Organization → Data Export.
Open the Data Export page.
Choose data type Agents.
Scope to all workspaces (or just the user's personal workspace).
Run the export and download the CSV.
The CSV includes the agent name, owner email, model, tools, and a direct link to the agent. Open the link to view it.
See the Usage Data Export docs for the full list of exportable fields.
